At Bubbls, every dress is specially handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest level of quality and customization for each customer. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Production

  • All of our dresses are made to order.
  • Once your order is placed, our skilled team begins the stitching and finishing process immediately.
  • Each dress is tailored with precision to your chosen size, design, and customization details.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is approximately 15 days from the date we receive your order.
  • This includes sourcing materials, custom stitching, finishing, and quality checks.
  • During peak seasons or for highly customized designs, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • After processing, your order will be dispatched via our trusted delivery partners.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as Bubbls is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is custom-stitched, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives defective,
  • Or the item received is incorrect.

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing bubbls.uk@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or correction at no additional cost to you.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before stitching begins.
  • After this time, cancellations are not possible as the production process will already be underway.

6. Urgent Orders

If you need your dress sooner than the standard processing time, please contact us at bubbls.uk@gmail.com to discuss rush order options and additional fees.
